Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return (see below)

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on spurs & spur straps that show signs of wear or have been used. All other products in our catalog (protective leg boots, reins, saddle accessories, saddle pads, and stirrups) are eligible for returns when meeting the above conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference

Return Shipping
