• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after 1-2 day processing

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

5.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract – risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt if items are unused, in original condition with packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on spurs & spur straps that show signs of wear or have been used.

6.3 Return Process

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return and are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
